Alpine is a well-established business in Concord; for over 30 years this old-fashioned pastry shop has been located on the same spot! Alpine’s owner was trained and certified in Switzerland. He journeyed through England, Canada and parts of the United States until he settled in California. He met his wife in a small Chocolate shop in Geneva, Switzerland.  She also was trained and certified in a Swiss Pastry Shop. Both settled in Concord in 1985.

In 1995, with 10 years of working experience at Alpine, a purchase of this delightful Pastry shop was decided.
It is a true family business; often you might see their two children sitting in the little coffee shop, nibbling on a cookie or finding them busy with their homework at one of the tables. Their employees are part of this “Alpine family” as well; many have been working there for over 10 years. They are proud to serve you excellent and delightful pastries and Cakes! When only the best will do.
